Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup stains.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
